A calm, steady approach to selling your home
A people-first approach to real estate
Selling a home is rarely just a transaction.
It often represents a change in life. Downsizing, separation, relocation, or a new chapter altogether.
That’s why I approach real estate with a focus on people, not just property.
My role is to guide you through the process, step by step, so you feel clear, supported, and confident from beginning to end.
Experience shaped by real life and real estate
Before relocating to New Zealand, I spent over seven years building my real estate career in South Africa, working closely with clients across a wide range of property journeys.
Since establishing myself here, I’ve continued to build on that experience, completing my New Zealand Level 5 Certificate in Real Estate to ensure my knowledge reflects local legislation and best practice.
Real estate has also been part of my life from an early age. My father spent more than 30 years in the industry, owning and operating his own real estate franchise. Growing up around that environment gave me early insight into what truly matters in this profession.
Not just sales, but reputation. Not just results, but relationships.
That foundation continues to shape how I work today.
A relational approach built over time
One of the most meaningful parts of my career has been working with the same families over time.
Previously, I had the privilege of supporting multiple generations of one extended family through buying and selling property. What began as a single first-home purchase evolved into years of ongoing support, guidance, and referrals.
That experience reinforced a belief I still hold today: real estate is built on trust developed over time, not one-off transactions.
Recognised for a client-first approach
In my first year in real estate, I was recognised and awarded the Certificate of Excellence as the Top Rising Star for the Central Region.
Since establishing myself in the New Zealand market, my commitment to clear communication, integrity, and client care has continued to shape how I work with every client.
While recognition is appreciated, what matters most is the experience you have throughout the process and the trust you place in me to guide you through it.
Part of the Whakatāne community
I see real estate as a role that is closely connected to the community I work in.
I am actively involved in:
- She Is Unleashed
- Kopeopeo Lions Club (Treasurer)
- Eastern Bay of Plenty Chamber of Commerce
- Whakatāne Kiwi Trust (volunteer)
These roles reflect my belief in contributing meaningfully, supporting others, and being connected to the people and place I work within.
How I work with my clients
I work with homeowners across Whakatāne, Ōhope, Edgecumbe, Taneatua, Awakeri and Coastlands who want to feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the selling process.
You can expect:
- Clear, consistent communication at every stage
- A structured process that’s explained from the beginning
- Honest, straightforward advice
- Personal involvement from appraisal through to settlement
- A calm, steady presence throughout the process
You will always know what’s happening, what it means, and what comes next.
A more considered approach to selling
In a market where many agents focus on speed, volume, and pressure, my approach is more measured.
I focus on clarity, communication, and steady guidance so you can move forward with confidence, at a pace that feels right for you.
